Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Policy explains how Vure, operated by Akim Arkhangelski (“we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our review-management service, website, and related software (the “Service”). It covers our clients, individuals who tap an NFC stand, individuals whose public review information we process for our clients, and website visitors.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up or contact us: name, business name, email, phone number, and login details.

Billing. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as payment confirmation and the last four card digits) but never store full card numbers.

NFC tap data. Our NFC stands link directly to a business’s public Google review page. We do not collect any personal information from the person tapping. Our redirect records only that a tap occurred: a timestamp and the associated business. We do not record IP addresses, device details, or any other information about the person tapping, and we do not ask them to submit anything through us.

Public review data. We collect publicly available review information about our clients’ businesses (reviewer display names, ratings, review text, dates) from third-party sources including Google, via a data provider, so clients can monitor and respond to their reviews.

Website data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure processes standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the site. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service; monitor reviews and generate draft responses and reports; report NFC tap counts to clients; process payments; send service messages and alerts; respond to support requests; protect the Service; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How AI Is Used

We use a third-party AI provider to generate draft review responses and summary reports. Review content may be sent to that provider for processing; under our agreement, the provider does not use this data to train its AI models. Drafts require client review and approval before anything is published. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising profiles.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (payment processing, hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, review data collection, and AI processing), each permitted to use it only to provide services to us; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, to keep clients signed in to their accounts. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, though we do not sell personal information regardless.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. After a subscription ends, we retain account data for a limited period to allow reactivation, then delete or de-identify it unless the law requires longer retention. We use reasonable safeguards including access controls and encryption in transit, but no system is completely secure. If a breach affects personal information, we will notify affected clients and, where required, individuals and authorities.

7. Our Role

For public review information we process on behalf of clients, the client is the controller and we are the processor. For client account information and website visitor data, we are the controller.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Clients can update account information anytime or ask us to correct or delete it at support@getvure.com. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link; we may still send service messages. If you are an individual whose public review information we process, contact support@getvure.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion from our systems. We do not control the underlying review on Google or any other platform; requests to change or remove a review itself should go to that platform.

Depending on where you live (including California and Oregon), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information. Contact support@getvure.com to make a request; we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children and Location

The Service is intended for businesses and users in the United States, where we operate and process information. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date with additional notice where appropriate. Vure is operated by Akim Arkhangelski. Questions: support@getvure.com
