Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Vure review-management service, NFC hardware, website, and related software (the “Service”), operated by Akim Arkhangelski (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is intended for businesses, and the person accepting these Terms must be authorized to bind the business and at least 18 years old.
1. The Service
We provide a subscription service that monitors your public Google reviews, generates AI draft responses for your review and approval, provides NFC stands that direct your customers to your public Google review page, sends alerts about new or negative reviews, and delivers summary reports. NFC stands link every customer directly to your public review page; they do not filter, screen, or gate anyone. Features depend on your plan and may change over time.
2. Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the rate shown at signup, plus applicable taxes, and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@getvure.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial periods; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend paid features until it clears. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
3. NFC Hardware
NFC stands route visitors through a redirect link we operate. The redirect works only while your subscription is active; if you cancel, the stand stops directing visitors to your review page, though you keep the physical stand. At cancellation, at any time and regardless of how long you were subscribed, you may buy out a stand’s redirect for a one-time, non-recurring fee of $30 per stand; after payment, that stand’s redirect keeps working independent of your subscription status. Buying out one stand does not affect any others. We may change this fee for future buyouts by posting an updated price here; the price in effect at the time you buy out applies. If hardware arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we will repair or replace it. You authorize us to install NFC stands at your business premises at a location you approve. We take reasonable care during installation; if you believe installation caused property damage, contact us and we will address it in good faith.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI drafts are suggestions only and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any response before it is published. Anything published in your business’s name is your content and your responsibility.
5. Review Solicitation and Compliance
You are responsible for how you solicit reviews and for complying with Google’s and other platforms’ policies and applicable law, including FTC rules on consumer reviews. Do not use the Service to solicit fake or incentivized reviews, selectively request only positive reviews, or suppress negative feedback.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any increase in reviews, ratings, or business results. Review platforms operate independently and may remove or filter reviews or change their policies; we do not control them. Review data comes from third-party sources and may not be complete or current. We are not affiliated with Google or any review platform.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, manipulate or fake reviews, impersonate anyone, interfere with or reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without our permission. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property and Data
We own the Service and grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use it during your subscription. You own your business content and grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service. For information we process on your behalf (such as public review information tied to your business), you are the controller and we are your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits, and each party’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply to claims arising from fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, to either party’s indemnification obligations, or to any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, your review solicitation practices, or your violation of these Terms or the law. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or discontinuation of third-party providers.
10. Changes and Termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms; for material changes we will provide notice, and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, non-payment, or misuse. Sections that should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) survive.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Before filing any claim, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and allowing 30 days for resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and disputes will be brought exclusively in Oregon state or federal courts.
